Entry Levels and Fees
Pumpkins should be pre-registered using the form below to help us estimate how many pumpkins we can expect.
Individual/ Family: $5 per pumpkin entered
Classroom: $10 and 1 classroom can submit up to 3 pumpkins
Business: $20 per pumpkin entered
FEES ARE PAID AT TIME OF DROP-OFF
Business logos are permitted. No pumpkins with themes or carvings deemed inappropriate will be accepted. Questions regarding this matter can be sent to email@example.com.
Drop off and Pick up
Pumpkins being entered in the contest can be dropped in the front of the red Nursery Shack at King of Crops. King of Crops is located at 6950 Post Road, Winston, GA 30187.
Pumpkin Drop-off Dates and Times:
Friday, October 20: 12 p.m.- 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 21: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Pumpkin Pick-up Date and Time:
Sunday, October 22: 12 p.m.- 4 p.m.
If you are unavailable to pick up you pumpkin at this time, special arrangements can be made at time of drop-off.
Prizes and Prize Pick Up
Prizes will be awarded the night of the festival, at approximately 8 p.m. Only one prize per entry level will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable.
Individual/ Family: 20 King of Pops Pop Tokens (A $60 value)
Classroom: Free farm tour and King of Pops for winning classroom, or, farmers will come to your classroom with pops and do a farm talk (Up to 40 student classroom)
Business: Pops for up to 100 employees and free farm tour
Display and Rules
Pumpkins will be displayed the night of the Fall Festival on our Pumpkin Walk- a walking trail where entered pumpkins will be lit up for all to enjoy.
Pumpkins will be displayed with the name(s) of carvers and entry level.
Business logos are permitted, and no pumpkins with questionable or inappropriate themes will be permitted for contest entry. This is at the discretion of the farm employees. If you have any questions regarding carving designs, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Fees are paid at time of drop-off.
